This means that they are getting the most out of their university experience, which means that they are equipping themselves for their careers and the ability to proceed with great opportunities that come their way further down the line.

You will be learning to cope with deadline demands and working with a variety of different personalities. You will grow so much as a person, that you will be more ready for different changes and stages of life that are still to come. You will learn a variety of soft skills that will make you more employable and more able to handle challenges in the work place, as well as with your co-workers.
